Here For Your Piece of Mind
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the customer is referred to as ‘the hirer’.
Aarion Wedding Cars is referred to as ‘the company’.
Your telephone or email booking will be held as provisional for 7 days.

Your booking is only regarded as confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
On payment of the deposit you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The deposit required for each car is £75, other than in exceptional circumstances, is non- refundable.
Exceptional circumstances will be decided by the company, and each case will be judged by the company on its own merits.

The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least one calendar month before the date of the event.
No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full.
The company require immediate notification of cancellation of the event. Should cancellation occur within 8 weeks of the event, 50% of the outstanding balance will be due.

Should cancellation occur within 4 weeks of the event, then 100% of the outstanding balance will be due.
The conditions relating to cancellation are subject to the same definition above of exceptional circumstances.
All our vehicles are strictly no smoking (including Vapour smoking), and no eating.

Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. The company will however undertake whatever measures are necessary to complete the hiring, which may, at the company’s discretion, include providing an alternative vehicle.

Our cars are cleaned to the highest standard, and will be checked over, and cleaned again shortly before arrival. However, the company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.

The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the company’s vehicles however caused by the hirer, or the hirer’s guests or their suppliers.

If the weather is deemed to be hazardous for a vintage vehicle, then an alternative vehicle may be supplied.
The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse to carry any persons deemed, in his or her opinion, unfit to travel in the hire car.

The company reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice.
Please note we can only accommodate 2 small bags in the boot, we cannot carry suitcases on the wedding day, except for evening transfers.

The 1933 Rockne Studebaker isn’t able to carry any baggage at all.
We do not allow photography or videography in the cars whilst they are moving
We will not carry photography or videography equipment in the vehicles.
The price quoted is based on the information contained in the schedule. Any deviation may incur an additional cost.
